A good example of a Prinz Eugen Sword, probably the most sought after German army sword model of all. These swords are often associated with the SS although basically an Army Officers. Has a large spread winged eagle langet and closed winged eagle on the pommel. Made by Eickhorn as part of the Field Marshall series of Swords. Its advertised in there period catologue as model Nr. 1765. This one is in good condition and complete with its original scabbard and hanger. The Price of £620 is a bargain as this model is rarely seen for sale.
